Leadership is the ability to inspire, influence and guide individuals or team towards achieving a goal or vision. It is not limited to position or office, but an ability to drive a cause through influence. Leadership is also regarded as an intentional act of taking responsibility for the pursuant of a set goal. The constant reshuffling of old leaders and nonexistent opportunities for young individuals to have a say or possible audience to share their opinions has crippled the desire in the heart of the youths. The youths see themselves less and are unwilling to engage or partake in any case that suggest their strength is needed. This has left a wide gap in the society as the workforce is largely reduced, and the decision makers are unable to keep up with the pace of revolution.
However, all hope is definitely not lost as there is a redefining of youth leadership pioneered by a community that promises to unite youth entrepreneurs and provide the best support to help them thrive as leaders. Spreading the true gospel of leadership from the Eastern part of Nigeria, with the hope to expand and penetrate every nook and cranny of the country and finally access countries on the global map.
